OUR MISSION
Is always...What's Best for the Dogs!

Patriot K9 Rescue is a non profit organization that raises funds to care for retired Military Working Dogs, Contract Working Dogs and Retired Police K9's.

We operate a small facility in Central PA where we help to transport, care for, and provide a comfortable, loving environment for these unsung heroes, while they await their forever homes. We provide them with veterinary care and a stable environment for them to decompress and adapt to civilian life. These dogs have been through a lot and it takes some time for them to acclimate and become suitable for adoption.
A dog's life is short enough, they work hard, they save lives and ask nothing in return. It is said that most dogs spend 90% of their time, just waiting for their humans to come home. Please, Help us to Help Them!
LET'S NOT FORGET, THESE DOGS ARE VETERANS TOO AND WE AIM TO GIVE THEM THE CARE AND THE RESPECT THEY DESERVE!
Some of our Services
We believe that all non-profits should help one another. After all, it should be about what is Best for the Dogs and nothing else! Pictured to the right is Officer Flanagan who was so kind and took time out of her busy day, every day to visit Leo at the shelter where he was surrendered. We were able to pick up Leo at the shelter where he was surrendered and adopt him to Ginny. Leo & Ginny were a match made in heaven. Leo lived out his life to the ripe old age of 14 with Ginny in VA.

a few recent adoptions
Duke was another Retired Police K9 that had a loving home, but health issues with Duke's owner left him unable to care for him. We knew we had the perfect match for Duke, and we are so happy to see the light in his eyes with his new family.
